Wrestlers Suffer Home Sweep

Fairmont Senior’s wrestling team dropped a home quad Wednesday to North Marion (52-18), University (63-10) and Northern Garrett (Md.) (59-13).

The Polar Bears had four wrestlers finish with winning records. Austin Patterson was 3-0 at 112 pounds, while Eric Annan (135), Jacob Steele (171) and Isaac Morgan (189) each went 2-1.

Fairmont Senior travels to Lewis County for a tri-match with the host Minutemen and Bridgeport next Thursday.
